Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now owns her own business.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Guard born in the past three hundred years. Morana is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and she has a crush on the local masseuse

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Kithri is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Engraver for hire.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and balancing her hectic life and new armorer responsibilities is difficult
