Personality: Patrick wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Patrick was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ethereal does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
