Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. A friendly and beautiful Halfling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Oblar was born with his mother's beautiful face. Through the years after Oblar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Oblar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She bought a hand crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
