History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He worked as a nervous Merchant and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Bilbron was born the youngest of three triplets. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a pastel cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings, and is pretty ugly. His fur is cut close to his head. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Nimble lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
