Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nogu was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She is renowned for her bright brown dresses and hats. She keeps her long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.
