History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He tends to his Sailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She worked as a nervous Bookbinder and found it very stressful. She has achieved small success as a Bookbinder.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Her childhood dream was to be a Map Maker, but she was a colossal failure. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
