Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she is dressed in a clean black cloak covering her clean studded leather. She wears a top hat to hide her balding. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ootah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She tends to wear a tan poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She has wavy black hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Layabout; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Shadow was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
