Personality: Ella wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Ella was born with her father's beautiful face. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting dire rats, the young Ella began to lead the lost caravan. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

History: Nim was born the youngest of three triplets. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Assassin profession.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: Standing 6'7", this man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His purple hair is still thick. His silver eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Therai was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Therai's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Being a Scribe kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and seeks redemption
