Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. A true patriot, Heian would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Gifted from a young age, Heian studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Heian took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
