His mother taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
