History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Ernest's homeland. Ernest decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Tiaathque was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Tiaathque's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born in the north. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
