Description: This younger middle-aged man wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His hair is golden and curly. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Ur-Edin was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.
