Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Ratanák and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Mastema studied abroad. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
