History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. History: The child of a Body Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Paelias was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
