Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. She wears tattered old clothes, marred by teas. Her hair is long and blonde with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small red clips. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gynnie embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bricklayer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bricklayer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Bricklayer soon after.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her first spouse was a Cartwright, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He keeps his auburn hair in a pixie cut. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. Her skin is flawless and her amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is an amazing painter.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Through the years after Mardnab was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Mardnab's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Mardnab and her spouse have recently divorced.
