Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Astar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Hunter. She struck the Hunter job and began her own company from there.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.
