Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Veit's homeland. Veit decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He worked as a nervous Farmer and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Farmer responsibilities is difficult; and he is greedy

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Seamstress for hire.
