Glûk grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Glûk. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Assassin. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in the north to a Cartwright, Gerald learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cartwright.
