History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shifting grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shifting. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Gifted from a young age, Willow studied abroad. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lone grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Born to a Herbalist, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
