History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Tharivol was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Tharivol's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born in the east. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Tod reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
