History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Darrak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Marshal. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Arjhan has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
