Personality: He is a Interpreter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Gerard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: William is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is obsessed with his god.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He worked as a nervous Actor and found it very stressful. He struck the Actor job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she tends to wear a black poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She wears a broad hat to cover her moderate length white crest. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She comes from a rich western family. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
