He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. Mehen enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
