Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Description: This late middle aged man dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with blue slacks and is in decent physical shape. His head has been shaved. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born to a Blacksmith, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Barendd fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and he perpetually has his greatsword ready. His hair is short and chestnut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his youth he was a Stableman, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: The child of a Masseuse, who enjoyed hunting, Tordrid was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
