Description: This tall, slender woman is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. She wears her chestnut hair down. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ovina grew up listening to her father's many stories. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Veloptima and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and she is greedy

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is dressed in earthy colors with a yellow and tan handkerchief worn on her right side, and is pretty ugly. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. Her eyes are hazel.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Jacoba reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a tan coat. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born in a small plains village. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: This slender man stands about 5'4". He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Mûglûk hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. Mûglûk enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Mûglûk was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bookbinder. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he desires power and/or immortality
