Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Kairon's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born in the west to a Tanner, Kairon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears dull black sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed rapier, just in case. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears suspenders and green workpants. Her shirt is black, and she wears a heavy green leather apron most of the time. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Ishte was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ishte's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Ishte was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and someone believes her a fraud
