Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Willow was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Dadalan never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
