History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Egelina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
