History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Malquis grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He got into the Mortician business at a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He struck the Mortician job and began his own company from there.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. Her green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Tordrid reached her early adolescence her Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born in a small island village. His first spouse was a Server, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
