Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing.
