History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Shepherd father left her crippled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Katherine fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
