Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Navigator who has hired her part-time. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Sarah lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult.

History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Oren learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Sailor, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
