History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Resh was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Resh decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Apothecary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Oppleby was born with his mother's beautiful face. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Healer.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Thorpe was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Chaedi was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Chaedi's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Chaedi and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
