Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Kellen lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in pickaxe use. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kellen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. She has a very tight haircut. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. She tends to her Knight job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: This slender man stands about 4'7". He wears bulky blue painted plate armor. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker blue hat.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Rosamund and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
