History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Dyer but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
