History: Luthra was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town.
