History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Vani was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has taken up work as a Ruler and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Being a Servant kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: This younger middle-aged man is dressed in an above average manner, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He wears his brown hair down. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Naill took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Naill never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
