Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Foxilon was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fisher. He now mingles about in high society.
