History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cecily grew up listening to her father's many stories. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

History: She was born in the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Banker for the past few years.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and balancing her hectic life and new banker responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Odo embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he seems to be bored by most things
