Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gilkass grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gilkass. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
