History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: Born in the north to a Carpenter, Aline learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Brewer, but she got bored and became a Carpenter. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
