History: Heather was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She struck the Cartwright job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was born in the south. Liftrasa was born on a far southern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Glassblower. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east.
