History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He has shaved his head bald. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Everard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Tiaathque was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered yellow stockings, and is pretty ugly. Her chestnut hair is braided into rings. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.
