History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Kansif was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She hates giants. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Born to a Knight, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying west to reunite her family. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a shortbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rhogar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
