History: Dagger was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Trag was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Trag abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he's looking for his big break

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'0" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears yellow painted combat armor at almost all times. With bright brown hair. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Millicent reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
