History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Fivin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and an old rival family wants him found

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Orc people; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Lucan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Lucan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
