Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ugol embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tethren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Carrie alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to protect his home
