History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hirrathak does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Gildmak speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His first spouse was a Barrister, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

History: Hadwisa was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
