Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gorgûm's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born in the west to a Bookbinder, Gorgûm learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bookbinder. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents enrolled her in a Rogue school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She became a Engraver soon after.

Personality: Raer is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Raer was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His first spouse was a Shoemaker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he feels kind of lost in life
