History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Phann alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: Tricking was born the youngest of three triplets. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
